Being based abroad, many of the logistics had been a real challenge for me, but from my first conversation with them, I knew that the event would be in good hands. They gave menu suggestions, got catering quotes, ordered all the food and disposables and visited the venue, always keeping me fully updated throughout the process. They also went through the run of show with me, giving advice on timing and other issues. On the day itself, they picked up and delivered the food from the suppliers, dealt with all the set up and clean up, and were very attentive throughout the event to the guests and to our staff. They really took our non-profit budget into account, working with us to keep our costs down – they even managed to save us money off the original quotes!
